This page explains the information used for the NC Carve early-access list, operated by Frailey Woodworks. It covers this signup website, not the separate CNC application.
What you choose to share
We ask for your email address and permission to contact you about beta access and testing. Machine/controller, existing CAM software, experience and project description are optional. Please don’t include customer information or confidential designs.
Two separate choices
Beta contact covers your request, invitations and testing coordination. Product and launch updates are optional and have a separate, unchecked choice. Neither choice grants access to the app. An email link asks you to confirm your request before the address joins the confirmed list.
Who can use it
Frailey Woodworks uses the information to organize testing groups and contact you for the purposes you selected. Hosting and email-delivery providers process the information needed to operate the service. Signup records are stored privately; there is no public directory of applicants. We do not sell the list or use signup details in public demonstrations.
Spam protection and retention
We store your selected consent choices and request/confirmation dates. Request limits use keyed, non-readable representations of your address and network address; this application does not store your raw IP address. Our hosting and email providers may maintain their own service logs.
Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours. Confirmed interest-list entries expire after one year unless you make a new request after expiry. Expired entries are excluded from contact and removed during the next signup cleanup. Short-lived spam-protection records are also removed during signup cleanup.
Leave or ask for help
Use the removal link in your confirmation email to delete your signup details and leave both lists. The link continues to work if new signups are paused. For questions or changes, reply to your confirmation email. Deletion from this signup database does not erase email already delivered to your inbox or provider service logs.
Website preferences
This page does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The hosting platform may use necessary security or sign-in cookies. Signup records are stored on the server, not in your browser’s local storage.
